The bank Itaú creates marketing campaigns and needed to maintain brand consistency with all agencies and stakeholders involved, in a practical and fast way. They needed to create this synergy with all the teams involved and synchronize all the work done in marketing and design, in a unitary way. All the identity of all the holding's brands needed to be in a single place to generate this brand consistency, in a shared library (design system) that operated directly with the teams that would work with the Itaú brand and also with the other brands.

results

Record campaign creation SLA time decreased from 2 weeks to 3-4 days. Creation of a single library of assets for all 27 brands of the holding and greater interaction from the concept of the campaigns, to the adaptations of each advertising piece for any type of vehicle and format.
